The National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) is the Moroccan authority responsible for ensuring compliance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. This processing is the subject of a declaration to the CNDP, currently being reviewed; the receipt number will be published on this page as soon as it is received.
2. No collection by the website
Browsing this website does not require you to provide any personal information:
- no contact, quote or registration form;
- no user account, no newsletter;
- no statistics tool (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixel;
- fonts hosted on our own servers, with no call to Google Fonts.
Your cookie preferences are stored only in your browser : they are not sent to us (see the cookie policy).
3. Host’s technical logs
As with any website, our host’s server, Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), automatically records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). These logs are used exclusively to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website. They are not used for commercial purposes or to identify you, and are kept according to the host’s policy; its servers may be located outside Morocco.
4. If you contact us
To contact us, you freely choose to use WhatsApp, the phone or email. The information you then send us (name, contact details, description of your project):
- is used only to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote;
- is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent;
- is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, unless there is a contractual relationship (accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law).
When you use WhatsApp, your messages pass through WhatsApp’s servers (Meta Platforms), located outside Morocco and subject to the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you prefer, contact us by phone or email.
5. Third-party services
The Google Maps map on the Contact page is only loaded after your consent, given through the cookie banner or the “Show the map” button. Google then sets its own cookies, subject to the Google privacy policy. Links to our clients’ websites and to social networks redirect you to third-party sites, subject to their own policies.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law No. 09-08, if we hold data about you following an exchange, you have a right ofaccess, of rectification and ofobjection. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@bestep.ma.
