1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use define the conditions of access to and use of the website https://bestep.ma (the “Site”). Using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms of use.
2. Publisher
The Site is published by BESTEP GROUP SARL AU, with a share capital of MAD 100,000.00, whose registered office is located at Sidi Ghanem Industrial Zone, Lot No. 208, Office No. DH7, 40000 Marrakech, Morocco, registered with the Marrakech trade register under No. 179031, ICE 003929594000047. 3. Access to the website
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Connection and equipment costs are borne by the user. Bestep Group strives to ensure access to the Site 24/7, but may interrupt it, in particular for maintenance operations, without incurring any liability.
4. Quote and contact requests
The Site has no forms. Quote and contact requests are sent directly to Bestep Group via WhatsApp, by phone on +212 6 67 48 04 10 or by email at contact@bestep.ma.
- Quotes are free and with no obligation.
- A quote request is not an order. Any service is subject to a written quote or contract, accepted and signed by both parties, which sets out its content, price and timeline.
- The descriptions of services published on the Site are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual offer.
5. User commitments
The user undertakes to:
- provide accurate information in their exchanges with Bestep Group ;
- not send any unlawful, defamatory or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
- not undermine the proper functioning or security of the Site (intrusion, abusive automated collection, distribution of malicious code).
6. Published information
The content of the Site is provided for general information. The Google Lighthouse scores shown in the “Our work” section were measured on a given date and may change. Our clients’ websites remain their sole responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos, graphics and code of the Site are protected by Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and by Law No. 17-97 on the protection of industrial property. Any reproduction or use without the prior written authorization of Bestep Group is prohibited. See the legal notice.
8. Personal data and cookies
The Site does not collect any personal data. The information you send us when contacting us is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 and our privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in our cookie policy.
9. Liability and external links
Bestep Group cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Site that does not comply with these terms, from a service interruption or from an intrusion by a third party. The Site contains links to third-party websites (client websites, WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks) whose content Bestep Group does not control.
10. Changes to the terms
Bestep Group may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when the Site is used; its date of last update appears at the top of this page.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable agreement, fall under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Marrakech.
